Q. Since you changed the web site - I can't sign on to the Parent's Portal. A. The signon area on the right bottom of the screen is not for the Parents Portal. Please Select the parents area from the Main Menu on the left - there you will see a link to he Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Q. I am a Staff Member or Student and the website site looks differently inside the school than outside the school.There a couple of reasons for the.
1. We provide customized areas for Staff and Teacher that have information that are important to each type of user. In school we make the home page for each user go to the appropriate page. We cannot do this when you are not at school. Please select Staff or Student from the left hand "Main Menu" and you will see the same thing is inside the school.
2. Some linke only work inside the school - and we only show those links to you when you are inside the school.
Q. When I tried to print the event calendar , it went beyond one page and doesn't look good.A. Were are working on a solution to that problem and hope to have it solved soon.
Q. I can't find any staff e-mail addresses. How can I send a message to s Staff or Faculty member ?
A. We will not be directly publishing e-mail addresses to reduce spam from robots that search for e-mail addresses on web site.
We are now providing a way for you to send a message to any staff member directly from the web site. This eliminates you from having to have a mail program to communicate with staff.
here are two way to get to this function.
1) Go to the Staff/Teacher's personal information page. At the bottom will be a click-able link that says "Send me a message". Clicking this link will guide you through the process. The easiest way to find a person's personal information page is to use the search function on the right side of every page. Entering a persons name or part of there name will search our information and return the results to you.Your search does not have to be just a name - you can search for anything
f the link is not present but instead the is a message reads "No E-mail registered - Unable to send Message" their information has not been loaded. Please let us know about it and we will correct it as soon as possible..
2) Select Contact Us on the Top Right Hand or Bottom menu. This will have a contact option with a click-able link reading "Send a message to s Staff/Faculty member here". Selecting that link will bring you to a page that will allow you to select the person to which a message will be sent. If trhe person you wish to contact it not in the drop down list , then.their information has not been loaded. Please let us know about it and we will correct it as soon as possible.
